Did the U.S. use a top secret "direct energy weapon" in Venezuela?

A new video angle from the Minneapolis ICE shooting has changed the entire conversation.

• ICE agents were positioned in front of that vehicle.
• Her wife, Becca, was outside, filming and confronting agents.
