Why did military-aged men spend hours in NYC sewers and no one knows why?

Richmond Police Department requires mandatory LGBTQ awareness training for every recruit and sworn officer. But what about autism training? What about gang violence? What about the issues officers are far more likely to encounter on the streets every day?

In this video, we examine Richmond PD’s training priorities and compare them to two major public safety realities:
🔹 Autism spectrum disorder and the communication barriers that can turn routine police encounters into dangerous misunderstandings.
🔹 Gang violence, neighborhood feuds, shootings, and homicides that continue to impact Richmond communities.

We'll look at the data, Richmond's existing programs, officer training requirements, crime statistics, autism prevalence, and whether the department's priorities truly reflect the challenges officers face in the field.

We should all be asking whether police training should focus first on the situations most likely to affect public safety, officer decision-making, and vulnerable residents who depend on competent responses during a crisis.

Politicians are not heroes - they're your servants! Start treating them like it!

Chicago doctor Anthony Douglas says poor people don’t benefit from owning firearms — and now he’s pushing the Illinois RIFL Act, a massive proposal that could force gun manufacturers to pay up to $866 million in year-one fees based on how many firearms are recovered at crime scenes. Critics say it’s a backdoor attempt to bypass the Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act (PLCAA) and price working-class Americans out of their Second Amendment rights.
