[ LEGALLY ARMED AMERICA ] Two poor-decision-making thugs – one armed with a gun – were shot and one now “ceases to be” as they picked the wrong concealed carry permit holder to attempt to rob. The two thugs approached a 70-year-old women’s high school basketball coach (currently unnamed) as he was walking two players to their cars Friday night in Detroit, according to WXYZ-TV.
Police say the two attackers tried to rob the coach in the parking lot of Martin Luther King High School at about 7:30 PM. One of the assailants died at the scene as a result of his poor decision to attack innocent people and the other law-breaking thug was taken to a local hospital in serious condition.
WXYZ reported that the coach was also a reserve police office with a license to carry a concealed pistol. WDIV reports that both teenage criminals were students at the high school, though the one who died had recently been expelled. Apparently he wasn’t very good at school either.
